Booking Windows
Each membership tier receives a different advance booking window: Recreation members may book up to 5 days ahead, Competition members up to 10 days, and Performance members up to 14 days. Bookings open at 6:00 AM on the applicable day for all tiers. Members may hold one active future booking per day.
Cancellation Policy
Court bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will forfeit the session credit. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit.
No-Shows
Failure to check in within 15 minutes of a court booking start time will be recorded as a no-show. No-shows forfeit the booking credit. Members with three or more no-shows within a 60-day period may have booking privileges temporarily restricted.
Guest Policy
Members may bring guests to open play sessions at the applicable guest rate. Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times. Members are responsible for their guests and their conduct while on club premises.
Court Etiquette
Courts are reserved exclusively for the booking member and their listed guests. Non-members may not use reserved courts. Members are expected to vacate the court promptly at the end of their booking time.
Equipment
Mogul Clubs provides paddle rentals and ball supply during open play. Members are encouraged to bring their own equipment. The club is not responsible for lost or stolen personal equipment.
Modifications
Mogul Clubs reserves the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance of the changes taking effect.
