Booking Windows
Each membership tier has a different advance booking window for hosting a court reservation: The A.M. (Active Mogul) up to 5 days, Recreation up to 7 days, Competition up to 10 days, and Performance up to 14 days ahead. Being invited to play on another member's reservation is not limited by your own booking window.
Active Bookings
Your membership has two separate reservation allowances, so your daytime and weekend play never uses up your evening benefit. Off-peak (any time outside weekday evenings, including all weekend): Recreation and The A.M. (Active Mogul) up to 4 upcoming reservations, Competition up to 5, Performance up to 6. Prime time (Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM): Recreation 1, Competition 2, Performance 2 upcoming reservations. Any reservation that includes prime time counts as prime time. A reservation frees up as soon as it starts or is cancelled, so you can play as often as courts are available. Being an invited participant on another member's reservation does not count toward either allowance.
Session Length & Continuous Play
Maximum continuous court time is set by tier: Recreation and The A.M. (Active Mogul) up to 2 hours, Competition and Performance up to 3 hours. After reaching your maximum continuous time, at least a 60-minute gap is required before your next reservation. This applies across reservations you host and those you are invited to. Self-serve session lengths are 1 or 2 hours for Recreation and The A.M. (Active Mogul), and 1, 2, or 3 hours for Competition and Performance.
Prime-Time Access
Prime time is Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM only; Saturdays and Sundays are never prime time. Recreation, Competition, and Performance memberships include weekday prime-time access, with a separate limit on upcoming prime-time reservations: Recreation 1, Competition 2, Performance 2. Any reservation that includes any part of prime time counts as a prime-time reservation. Any reservation that includes prime time is limited to 2 hours. The A.M. (Active Mogul) membership is built for weekday daytime play from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM plus full weekend access, and does not include weekday evenings.
Complimentary Guests
Each membership includes complimentary guest visits per month: Recreation 1, Competition 2, Performance 4, and The A.M. (Active Mogul) 1. Additional guests are welcome at the applicable guest rate. Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times, and each guest completes a profile and waiver before playing.
Cancellation Policy
Court bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will forfeit the session credit. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit.
No-Shows
Failure to check in within 15 minutes after a court booking start time will be recorded as a no-show. No-shows forfeit the booking credit. Members with three or more no-shows within a 60-day period may have booking privileges temporarily restricted.
Guest Policy
Members may bring guests to open play sessions at the applicable guest rate. Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times. Members are responsible for their guests and their conduct while on club premises.
Court Etiquette
Courts are reserved exclusively for the booking member and their listed guests. Non-members may not use reserved courts. Members are expected to vacate the court promptly at the end of their booking time.
Equipment
Mogul Clubs provides paddle rentals and ball supply during open play. Members are encouraged to bring their own equipment. The club is not responsible for lost or stolen personal equipment.
Modifications
Mogul Clubs reserves the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance of the changes taking effect.
