Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Mogul Clubs platform, booking courts, or purchasing a membership, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Membership
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Mogul Clubs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Court Booking and Cancellations
Court bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking credit. Repeated no-shows may result in booking privilege restrictions.
Founding Member Pricing
Founding member rates are locked for the duration of an active membership. If a membership lapses and is reactivated, the founding rate may no longer apply. Rates are non-transferable to other accounts.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat all other members, staff, and guests with respect. Mogul Clubs reserves the right to terminate memberships for conduct that violates club standards, including abusive behaviour, property damage, or violation of court etiquette.
Liability
Mogul Clubs is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while using club facilities. Members participate in all activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend appropriate sportswear and equipment.
Changes to Terms
Mogul Clubs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
