Mogul Clubs Media Consent & Content Usage Policy

Version v2.1 · Effective July 6, 2026

Mogul Clubs Media Consent and Content Usage Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy describes how Mogul Flagship Inc., operating under the Mogul Clubs and Frontcourt.ai brands, captures, uses, and distributes photo, video, audio, and livestream content produced at its facilities and events.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all persons present at any Mogul Clubs facility or event, including spectators who have not signed the Master Annual Participant Waiver. For persons who have signed the Master Annual Participant Waiver, the media consent clauses of that document govern; this Policy is supplemental.

3. Media Captured

Media may include still photographs, video recordings (including drone footage), audio recordings, and livestreams of court play, training, social events, corporate events, tournaments, and public-facing areas of the facility.

4. Use of Media

Released Parties — Mogul Flagship Inc., Mogul Clubs, Mogul Clubs Oshawa, Frontcourt.ai, Mogul Sports Network, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns — may use, reproduce, edit, broadcast, livestream, publish, and otherwise exploit captured Media for marketing, promotion, event recaps, social media, broadcast, livestream, training materials, and other lawful business purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, worldwide, on a perpetual basis.

5. Reasonable Expectation of Privacy

Mogul Clubs does not capture media in change rooms, washrooms, or other areas where a Participant has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

6. Opt-Out for Spectators

A spectator who does not consent to capture should notify staff on arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid capturing that person, but capture in incidental crowd shots and broadcast feeds cannot be guaranteed.

7. Minor Participants

Use of media depicting minors is governed by the Parent/Guardian Consent and Minor Participant Waiver, including any opt-out elected by the minor's guardian.

8. Privacy Compliance

Personal information collected in connection with Media is handled in accordance with the Mogul Clubs Privacy Policy and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
